1.5% of the purchase price or 15% of the saving negotiated between the listed asking price and the final purchase price, whichever is the greater.

We have a minimum success fee of £3500.00. On property sales.

For purchases exceeding £1m, our rate is 1%

10% of the saving we negotiate off the asking price NB: fees only payable upon exchange of contracts
